We ask that you participate as actively as possible to ensure a successful visit.
DIALOGUE IN THE DARK : GUIDELINES
The time of arrival according to your reservation for Dialogue in the Dark is the time at which you will be asked to enter the cocoon.
Any delay will result in the visit being cancelled and a non-reimbursement of the money!
Meet in the entrance hall and put your belongings in the lockers if required.
Take the opportunity to use our facilities, there won’t be a chance later on.
The group is invited into the cocoon by one of our exhibit narrators.
Explanation of how the visit will pan out.
Separation of the group into pre-organised smaller groups of 8 (including supervisory adult).
The first group with one supervisor is invited into the course after receiving instructions on how to use the blind person’s white stick.
Glasses and all luminous objects must be removed.
During this time, the other groups are invited to take part in workshops in the cocoon.
The second group is invited into the course and the remaining groups change workshops.
And so on…
They will take part in the 4 workshops in the cocoon as the other groups have.
After the groups have finished the workshops in the cocoon, we ask that you either enter the main hall of the Vaisseau to experience the permanent exhibits, or leave the area.
We ask that the second supervisory adult joins the last group to enter the course. This is to ensure that we always have a supervisor present in the cocoon.
